Life Coaching Client Roadmap

Discovery & Assessment

  • Initial Consultation: This session allows us to get to know one another and assess if we’re a good fit for each other.

  • Personal Inventory: After booking your first full session, you’ll complete a personal inventory to help me get a clear understanding of your current situation and what you want to change or improve.

Goal Setting & Visioning

  • Define Your Vision: Together we will work to clarify your long-term vision for your life. What does success look like for you? This step is about dreaming big and setting a compelling direction.

  • Set SMART Goals: Break down your vision into Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound (SMART) goals. These goals serve as the roadmap to your desired outcome.

Strategy Development

  • Action Planning: Based on your vision and goals, we will develop a plan that includes the steps you’ll need to take, resources you’ll need, and potential obstacles you might face.

  • Identify Milestones: Together, we will break your goals down into smaller, manageable milestones to keep you motivated and on track. These milestones act as checkpoints to measure progress and celebrate successes.

Implementation & Accountability

  • Regular Coaching Sessions: Committing to regular, ongoing coaching sessions will provide guidance, support, and establish accountability. These sessions are where we discuss progress, address challenges, and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Tools & Resources: Clients will receive tools, resources, and exercises tailored to their goals. These may include worksheets, journaling prompts, or recommended readings to reinforce your progress.
